The eight Kenya cricketers who had refused national contracts have been cautiously welcomed back into the fold after apologising to the board. They will now be placed on month-by-month training contracts as Kenya prepare for their next major assignment, the World Twenty20 qualifiers early next year. The top two teams from the qualifier progress to the main event in Sri Lanka.The eight players – Alex Obanda, Shem Ngoche, James Ngoche, Nehemiah Odhiambo, Elijah Otieno, Morris Ouma, Nelson Odhiambo and Alfred Luseno – approached the board over their actions and were granted individual hearings. They will still be assessed each month but Tom Sears, the Cricket Kenya chief executive, hoped to be able to draw a line under the issue.”We are pleased that we have resolved the situation with these players who have expressed their sincere regret over the way they have conducted themselves and the actions they have taken in recent months,” he said.”Cricket Kenya has always been keen to resolve this situation and have these players available. They have now come to the realisation that they have been badly advised and made some very poor decisions. O jogo da semifinal do Paulistão (vitória do São Paulo, por 1 a 0) serve de lição para nós. Sem a bola, vamos ter que nos fechar e nos marcar bem. Com a bola, vamos jogar. O Osmar vem trabalhando isso, é uma característica dele. Amanhã será um jogo vistoso e o Corinthians tem tudo para fazer uma boa partida.

Jogamos na quarta pela noite, o São Paulo também, e acredito que ninguém terá vantagem física. O Osmar ainda não definiu o time. Vamos ter uma reunião para definirmos isso.

Característica do time
Quanto menos você sofrer na partida, melhor. Temos uma característica um pouco traiçoeira. Nós damos a posse de bola para o adversário, mas é uma posse de bola mentirosa. É um entendimento tático que o Corinthians vem implementado há alguns anos. Acredito que o Osmar tem uma característica ofensiva. Isso é questão de ajuste, de detalhes.

O Clayson é um cara diferente. Tem o drible. Ele vem muito bem. Já decidiu alguns jogos para nós. Precisamos dele bem porque em um drible ele pode desmontar um esquema tático. É importante ter um cara como ele no time. Ele vem melhorando, vem voltando de lesão. Esse período é um pouco complicado. Ele está trabalhando intensamente para ter condições. Se tiver, vai dar o seu melhor e dar o seu melhor para nos ajudar a vencer.

Títulos no segundo semestre?
Confio muito no Corinthians e nos jogadores que aqui estão. Jogar contra o Corinthians é difícil. Quem vem jogar contra nós vai respeitar a nossa camisa. O Corinthians merece um pouco de respeito pelo que vem fazendo. Nos últimos dez anos, é quem mais ganhou títulos no Brasil. Não posso cravar que seremos campeões, mas vamos brigar para conquistar os títulos.

Tinha acabado de sair da partida. Estava na adrenalina. Já voltei lá. A pressão lá sempre existe, não por conta da comemoração. O clássico é maior do que isso. A pressão sempre vai existir. Tenho certeza que será um grande jogo

Do fim de 2017 até o início deste ano, Daniel Marcos viu sua vida dar uma grande reviravolta. Dispensado pelo Palmeiras, onde ficou cerca de quatro anos, o lateral-direito pensou até em desistir da carreira no futebol, mas passou em uma peneira do Corinthians em janeiro e tem surpreendido.

Hoje aos 17 anos, Daniel Marcos passou apenas um mês no sub-17 até ser chamado pelo então técnico do sub-20, Dyego Coelho, atual auxiliar de Osmar Loss. Em menos de dois meses, ele foi de dispensado no Palmeiras a promovido no Timão.

– Eu entrei no Palmeiras aos 12 anos e fiquei lá até o final do ano passado, com 16. Conquistei alguns títulos lá, participei de torneios fora do país, mas acabei sendo dispensado no fim de 2017. Depois de um mês, eu vim fazer uma peneira aqui no Corinthians e consegui passar para integrar a categoria sub-17.
Depois de um mês no sub-17, o professor (Dyego) Coelho me chamou para fazer um treino no sub-20 e me convocou para o jogo contra o São Paulo (0 a 0, no primeiro turno do Paulista Sub-20). Fiz uma boa partida e, desde então, fui ficando no sub-20 – recordou o lateral, em entrevista ao LANCE!.

– Foi bastante surpreendente tudo isso. No fim do ano passado, eu e minha família estávamos bastante assustados. Começamos 2018 com alguns planos, pois eu já estava pensando em desistir do futebol ou recomeçar de baixo. Eu fiz a peneira aqui e, do dia para a noite, estava no Corinthians. Em pouco tempo, consegui buscar o meu espaço e estou trabalhando dia a dia para ter um futuro bem-sucedido no clube – acrescentou.

Nesta entrevista ao LANCE!, o lateral-direito analisou sua carreira até agora no Corinthians, contou seus planos para o futuro e analisou a estreia de Fagner na Copa do Mundo. Confira:

Como analisa sua carreira até agora no Corinthians?
Para mim, está sendo uma experiência sensacional. Na primeira vez que eu vesti a camisa, eu tive a certeza que as coisas seriam bem diferentes de como aconteceram no ano passado. Tive a honra de fazer o meu primeiro jogo televisionado, uma final de campeonato na Arena Corinthians, que, infelizmente, não terminou como gostaríamos (vice para o São Paulo), mas foi um momento único para mim, uma lembrança que vou guardar para o resto da vida.

Quais são seus planos para a temporada?
Eu planejei uma coisa no começo do ano e, graças a Deus, deu tudo errado (risos). Agora, eu planejo, neste ano, seja pela categoria sub-17, seja pelo sub-20, eu tenho que fazer o meu melhor. Meu objetivo é evoluir ao máximo, aprender o que puder com o professor Marcos [Soares, técnico do sub-17] e com o professor (Eduardo) Barroca (técnico do sub-20).

Qual a sensação de ter marcado o primeiro gol pelo sub-20 na última quarta-feira, na vitória sobre o Juventus?
O primeiro gol a gente nunca esquece. Quando eu fiz, não sabia nem como comemorar, só sabia que eu tinha que extravasar. Era um negócio que estava guardado dentro de mim. Um dos sonhos que eu tinha era marcar pelo Corinthians e comemorar muito.

O que achou da estreia de Fagner na Copa do Mundo?
Achei a estreia dele bastante segura. Ele começou bem o jogo, errou poucos passes. Quando ele errou o passe, conseguiu se recuperar, além de ter cruzado aquela bola que o Gabriel Jesus cabeceou no travessão. Se tem um jogador da base do Corinthians que eu me inspiro é o Fagner.

Ross Taylor has said that performing with the bat will help him set an example as he leads his side to Zimbabwe in his first assignment since taking over as New Zealand captain from Daniel Vettori. “There’s always going to be nerves when you take over as captain for the first time, but the biggest thing for me is scoring runs, leading from the front,” Taylor told the . “If you’re scoring runs the team is going to follow and your speeches become easier. There’s no use preaching to the team if you’re not scoring runs.”New Zealand have had a long break from international cricket, having not played since their semi-final exit in the World Cup in March earlier this year. They have had to do with just a preparatory camp at home ahead of the Zimbabwe tour and Taylor admitted that some more match practice would have helped. “In an ideal world it would be good to have a few more games, but in the long run having this break will benefit the players. It’s going to be a busy two years ahead.”There are four uncapped players in the New Zealand limited-overs and Test squads for the Zimbabwe tour but Taylor cautioned against having premature expectations from the untested faces. “Good youngsters coming through is the key going forward. It’s how we monitor these players and not get carried away with their potential. There’s no point sticking three new people in and making them learn for themselves.”Zimbabwe have been competitive in their home season so far, beating Bangladesh in the ODI series and in the one-off Test before losing across all three formats to Pakistan. Taylor felt that the tour was not going to be a cakewalk for his side. “It’s nice to see they’re going to be very competitive on their home turf. Any players under the illusion that it’s going to be an easy tour, well hopefully they’ve looked at the stats. But they need to score runs for that to happen. Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardene and Tillakaratne Dilshan have chipped in at times during the series without ever changing a match. The middle order has been woeful, from Angelo Mathews throwing his wicket away to a serious lack of form from Chamara Silva, Dinesh Chandimal and Jeevan Mendis. The only highlight has been Upul Tharanga’s century in the third match, and surprise, surprise, Sri Lanka won that match. Can they find enough runs for a consolation win?For Australia, winning the series has been an admirable result given their recent form and the off-field drama at home with the release of the Argus report. The key has been a fine bowling performance from every member of the attack. Mitchell Johnson, Doug Bollinger, Brett Lee and Xavier Doherty have all starred at times during the series, and have given their batsmen small enough totals to chase without too much trouble. He had made a duck and then his first five overs of legspin at international level brought him 0 for 32. Suddenly, it all changed in a triple-wicket maiden that gave the Sri Lankan fans something to cheer. He had Shaun Marsh and Michael Hussey caught behind off consecutive balls, and two deliveries later bowled David Hussey. Prasanna finished with 3 for 32 and while it wasn’t enough to save the match, it showed that he is a man to watch in this Sri Lanka side.He’s been around the one-day team for three years, but Shaun Marsh could finally be on the verge of claiming a permanent place in the side. Brad Haddin’s move down the order is likely to be permanent, and Marsh’s calm 70 in the victory over the weekend was a strong indication he is the man to partner Shane Watson in the long-term. And another impressive innings on Monday wouldn’t hurt his chances of forcing his way into the Test side, either.Team newsWhat to do with the middle order? That’s been a problem for Sri Lanka right through the series, with Dinesh Chandimal, Chamara Silva and Jeevan Mendis all failing in every innings they’ve played. البرازيلي فابينيو شارك كبديل وبعد لحظات تدخل على كعب فيرجسون البالغ من العمر 18 عامًا.

– O gol em casa tira um pouco de peso, traz um pouco de tranquilidade. Acho que foi uma jogada legal, e peguei bem na bola. Vou tentar fazer mais alguns para a torcida. Vamos ver se sábado eu consigo fazer outro e a gente vença – afirmou Roger, que analisou a adaptação da equipe ao 4-2-3-1.

– Acho que o time está se adaptando, é um processo. Foram quase cinco meses jogando de uma forma (4-2-4), então estamos nos adaptando. A bola já chegou mais, teve uma melhora. O gol mesmo foi uma jogada trabalhada para o 9 fazer. Houve uma evolução, e agora temos que continuar buscando uma melhora – analisou.

Corintiano desde criança, Roger chegou ao Timão em abril em negociação que envolveu a ida de Lucca para o Internacional. Em quase dois meses de clube, ele ainda busca se garantir como titular absoluto no ataque.

– Eu estou aqui para ajudar, independentemente da função, até se tiver que ficar no banco. Sou centroavante, homem de área, essas são minhas características. O que o Osmar decidir é o que vai ser o melhor para a equipe. O importante é a vitória no sábado – disse.

Roger atuou em apenas sete jogos porque não estava inscrito na fase de grupos da Libertadores e não pode defender o Corinthians na Copa do Brasil, porque já disputou a competição pelo Inter. Mesmo assim, o Timão vai evoluindo com o seu camisa 9.

أبدى زكي عبد الفتاح مدرب حراس منتخب مصر الأسبق، رأيه حال انتقال عبد الله السعيد لاعب بيراميدز إلى الزمالك.

وأكدت مصادر إعلامية رغبة عبد الله السعيد في الرحيل عن بيراميدز إلى الزمالك، خلال الميركاتو الشتوي الجاري.

وقال زكي عبد الفتاح في تصريحات خاصة لـ”بطولات”: “متأكد أن عبد الله السعيد يندم على قرار رحيله عن الأهلي لأنه ارتكب خطأ عمره، عبد الله سيرتكب نفس الخطأ إذا انتقل للزمالك”.

وتابع: “عبد الله السعيد يبحث عن الأموال بعدما خسر جمهور وشعبية النادي الأهلي، وإذا انتقل للزمالك سيخسر جماهيره أيضًا لأن جمهور الزمالك لا يصبر”.

وأكمل: “إذا ظهر بمستوى سيء في أكثر من مباراة سيتعرض للسب من جمهور الزمالك وسيخسره”.

واختتم: “أنصح عبد الله السعيد بالعودة إلى الإسماعيلي الذي كان سببًا في تألقه، خاصة أن الإسماعيلي يحتاج لاعبًا يمتلك خبرات مثله”.
